I'm hoping to be totally truthful and honest on this so I can cut out all the terrible, terrible habits. Anyway spotting me going wrong anywhere please let me know so I can get the best possible weight loss!

Any tips, advice, guidance would be greatly appreciated. I hope soon enough to have been here long enough to be able to do the same for others on here too! :D

My weigh in days are thursdays at 4pm(ish)

Must be strict and truthful with myself on here

Half can of chick pea dahl
Jacket potato
Mandarin Muller light


Dinner

Pork tagine (recipe from leader)
Couscous

Healthy Extra A
150ml semi skimmed milk
1 dairylea light triangle

Health Extra B
wholemeal bread
Walked to work and back
not a bad start, even if I do say so myself

200ml milk
10gm cheese

2 weetabix (with hot water and sweetner)


Didn't walk into work today...I've chose a bad time to start a diet, when its too cold to go out and exercise and all you want to do is eat warm comfort food

again, everyone, please point anything out I'm doing wrong

Just wanted to say hi and good luck.
I know what you mean about exercising when cold but I just managed to go for a 30 min walk while on my lunch even though it was raining.
 
the carbonara for tonights tea went totally wrong
imagine an omlette with pasta mixed in....not good
I've done this recipe before and its been great but I wasnt really concentrating on what I was doing as I am batch cooking tonight to freeze for the rest of the week
tomorrow is spag bol- thats impossible to mess up....famous last words!
 
took a few days off...still following the plan...all syns for the week used last night on amaretto and cokes....but I know that I deserved the little tiny treat.

I'm going to try to record syns too, which is what I should really be doing as it is far too easy to think you've got syns left when you haven;t when you're not keeping tabs

lost 1 this week
thats fine by me as I had already lost 3 the week before just testing the slimming world diet to see if it was for me and if I can eat til I'm full and not feel like I on a diet 1 pound a week will suit me just fine (obviously more each week would be desirable but i never could lose weight quickly)
