hi guys!
hope you are all doing well and having a fabulous 100 % weekend!
so had my weigh in fri and so disapointed!
its my restart the first week i lost 9 lbs! then i change to fortnightly weigh ins. so for weeks two and three i lost 6 lbs i wasnt very happy but totm etc and thught id catch up on next weigh in. but week 4 and 5 i lost 5lbs! im pretty pissed off with that really i couldn't even hide it from my cdc. i was like a stroppy teenager lol!
she says its atleast average and i need to view it as a percentage of my body weight rather than comparing to my original losses when i was like 5 stone heavier but....... blah to that!
i went for a meal the night before (im on ss+ btw) we went to tgi fridays and while everyone had lush meals starters and deserts i had a poxy chicken and green salad. now i must admit it had a little bbq sauce on it i really thought it wasnt enough to take me out of ketosis though.
im wondering if this was my downfall what do you think. i had had a head ache for the previous two days so when i woke up the next day with another head ache i still didnt think it was due to being out of ketosis.
i checked with a ketostick and i was out!! but ive not really been using these as the first time round they never showed me to be in ketosis although i so was!
anyway soz for banging on but now im cutting back even more im cutting out the 200 kal meal so basically going to ss to see if that helps. if im honnest ive only had one cd pack today im thinking just have one or two and a multivitamin when i can and have three on the bad days, still got the bloody head ache though!
