Exercise or no exercise?

Hi all.. Hope you are doing well...

I am writing this to find out what others do regarding exercise whilst on LT, and what they did before LT..

I am also doing this so i can remember what i have done in the past week as i am worried that although i have been 100% this week, i am not going to lose much, if at all....

I have walked my daughter to and from school every day (she is only 6 so the ones where she was with me were a stroll!! lol).. I have also done about an hour on wii fit... I know to a lot of you that is nothing, but it is to me!! lol
It will be interesting to see the outcome of my weigh in on Monday...If i have lost a reasonable amount i will continue/increase my exercise, but if my loss is minimal/not there, back to the sofa i go!!!

Why do i feel like i have not lost weight then? If i have lost my normal 4lb this week, i will carry on doing some exercise, but if i don't you-watch out Amanda, cos it's either the exercise or the psyllium! Either way i am blaming you!!!! pmsl x x x

Don't want to speak too soon, cause I've a few days to go yet, but I've been weighing myself every day and I can't believe the difference going to the Gym has made. Tomorrow and Monday are going to crucial to see how it's going. I'm definitely going to keep up the exercise.
 
I agree with the others Su... sorry. I think its fantastic to be able to lose this weight so quickly, but you also have to do something to help your body reshape itself.. You dont want to be left with sagging skin do you?
 
Miss Su don't even think about goin back to the sofa!!! Honestly doing a small bit of exercise a day really will help you, not only lose weight but also tone up and generally just have you a bit fitter.

I try to walk to work every day roughly about 20 mins fast walk, then I do literally a few pilate exercises and 100 sit ups and 50 leg lifts a day- I ususally split these into 2 sets and they only take 5 mins.

This week I did no exercise as was travelling a lot but still lost 5lbs- previous weeks I was only losing 3lbs but honestly I really notice a difference in my body shape so please keep with it Su!! It will be worth it in the end xx
