Sorry folks but I can't do this anymore :-(

Hi guys,

Well I have tried and tried and tried to continue on LT but I just cant hack it anymore. I don't know why but something in my head is just not clicking for me.

I think the fact I have loads of social events coming up doesn't help because I know I'll cheat then so end up thinking 'what's the point?' every other day.

I do however want to continue to lose weight and I am thinking about following Atkins. Has anyone tried this? Any advice?

I do hope to get back on LT after Xmas as my social calendar will be calmer then and think I may have renewed vigour.

In the meantime am I still welcome to show my face here? xx

Of course you are Lois... It is a shame to see you go, but this diet is bloody hard, and not for everyone...

As you say, give it a little time and it might just "click" .. It did with me, I started in August, but because the kids were on school holiday, mentally i could not cope. I started in September, and have managed to see it through..

You have to do what is right for you hun, so good luck and let us know how you are getting on x x

one thing ill say is i stopped lipo and went on atkins and worst mistake ive made, i hoping a can afford lt on tuesday, ive gained while being on atkins

I completely understand Lois and you're making the sensible decision rather than just try to carry on and cheat all the time. I've decided to cut my time on LT short too because of nights I have coming up but it's not for a few weeks. I really hope the weight continues to come off for you, you have done so well x
