Advice Needed.....

Hello

I have completed my 1st 5 day week yesterday and got weighed on Friday - 8lb gone - over the moon!
So today is for me day 1 of my week 2 and I am SUPER STARVING! I have had 1 bar today in 2 halves 4 black teas and 1 and a half litres of water! I want to know if I use the rest of my calories to have some real foo (im thinking chicken) would this knock me out of ketosis??
 
Why not do a working solution day? It shouldn't knock you out of ketosis. All the best

Yes, you can have one meal a day on working solution - but to keep you in ketosis, it needs to be low carb, so something like lean protein - e.g. the tuna, or chicken, with something like green salad etc.
