On a green day it's 2 syns but it says to make it with water as to Milk but if i use my daily amount of milk can i still use it in it?

Erm yeh i've kind of not been very good last week or so i have been so busy with work and stuff that i've just been eating out in a rush. I'm getting back on track now anyway haha

I was the same last week as I wasn't able to cook after having an operation last thursday , I had dominos on monday (night before WI) BIG MISTAKE pmsl. Back on track this week too and feeling better (apart from antibiotics making me feel hungry/dizzy) had planned to go on the Wii this week but so far haven't due to the dizzyness.
