I'm new here and was looking for a bit of advice and support. The thing is I started the Cambridge Diet on 31st May. I have lost 16 3/4 pounds in three weeks and my goal eventually is 10 stone. I'm 12st 7.5lb now. I am going on a couple of holidays later this year, the last one being the most important for me.
But ..... how do I cope with food and temptation while I am away on the holidays before that!! I don't want to spoil the fun for the rest of the family and not eat in a restaurant, but I don't want to put weight on either. I am going to Poland for a few days in July, then Majorca for a week in August then the last holiday in September. I want to be 10st for my September holiday - any advice?????
