Can I take spatone??

I'm feeling really crap today and just really lethargic(OK, Fluey) but I want to "pep" myself up...

Spatone Iron has always helped and was wondering if I could take this...it's liquid iron no funny business and if needs be i will take it down the neck with a big glass of water....

I just need to pep up....

i have in the past and been fine with cd
you can't overdose as it gets rid of the excess iron

If you are on 3 CD's a day aren't they actually supposed to supply your total daily iron needs? So extra would be pointless.

I would take a couple of Ibuprofen with a big glass of water and go for a walk (if it's not raining where you are)

Didn't know CD gets rid of excess iron? Hows that then?

I ended up with gastritis after taking ibuprofen whilst on sole source so I would defenitely advise against touching the the stuff unless you are eating.

spatone does not cd, i took it cos i was bleeding everyday from the depo jab
