My guesstimation is that its an extra easy day because it cant be red or green based on the carbs /proteins taken in.
In which case...
Need more superfree with your breakfast - you dont have any. Again with lunch - a banana is ok but wont make up 1/3 of what you ate overall. Also any spread that you put on your toast needs to be synned.
Did you have rice with your dinner, or baked potatoes, or anything accompanying the chilli? Was it entirely syn free or did it use tomato puree?
It might be worth you starting a proper food diary on here to see if there are areas we can suggest tweaking to help you progress.
Do you go to group or are you going it alone?
I am just being purely nosey here, trying to get a better picture of your situation.
Edited to Add:- I have just looked over your posts since starting SW and I think you could really benefit from a proper food diary -firstly because it will help to keep you on track and focussed if you are tracking what you put in your mouth and secondly it will help us more to help you if we can see what you are doing. Individual "check my day" posts would be better combined on a regular basis into one thread in the appropriate food diary forum.
Its often harder to go it alone without a group because you only have your own conscience to keep you on track and its easy to think "oh that wont matter just this once" but if you really want to do this and succeed you do have to keep focussed.
