finding your own posts

Hi, I wonder if anyone could tell me how I can find my own posts? This might seem obvious but I am still finding my way around and would appreciate some advice!

You can find threads you have posted on by going into User CP on the Blue Bar at the top of the page.

Also, if you click on your name on the left side of posts a menu will drop down and you can 'find more posts by Yoghurt'.
