expected weight loss

hi fed up..i think its down to the individual,but the recommended weekly weightloss is supposed to b between 1-2 lb per week..some are lucky to shed more,if this is ur 1st week u may lose more than 2..best bet is to give it 100% and if u dont get along with the plan u can always do another plan on a different day,always write what ur eating down incase u want to query and most of all make sure u eat plenty of superfree and then free food if u get hungry..good luck :)
