Why should you stay with WW you ask? Well, I ask the question back to you: why shouldn't you? I understand that your leader didn't explain the plan to you, but probably she felt that it was a waste of your time to be told about the old program when next week you would need to learn the new one! Much better to maybe just have a guess this week and then start a-fresh next week with all the info you need!
I can tell you that the new plan is really good. I have been following it for 2 days now, as I'm a helper and I've been given the new plan 1 week in advance so I could help other people next week. I've never felt so full with the previous plan, but since I weight myself every day I can say that my weight is having a similar reaction to any previous week. The free fruit is great, because you can eat vegetables and become full, but it feels more satisfying in a way if you're doing it with fruit! It's nice to have a snack from time to time and maybe have an apple if you're feeling peckish without having to add it to your counter.
However, as far as I understand (never done SW so I don't know!) it is very different from SW because in WW no food is banned and things like Muller light are not free.
So that's why I'm saying - try it. Why SHOULDN'T you try it after all? Think at the reasons why you went to that meeting on the first place: you were BORED of SW! Can you keep on following something that bores you? Was it fitting with your lifestyle? Are you just fancying a change? So if you are, think at what Einstein used to say, "Insanity is doing always the same things but demanding to obtain different results"
Wise suggestion from a wise man!
