Its got me again!!

I dont wanna speak too soon but after months of messing about and going on and off and on and off the wagon today i have been on SS 100%

Im so proud of myself espceially since a large plate of biscuits has been infront of me since 7am this morning at work and I am still working now until 8pm!! Go Verity!! Hahha

I get weighed on wednesday so im hoping for a big loss if i stick to it now til then which im sure I am. All of a sudden something has just clicked and I dont want to cheat!! Woo hoo

That's great! You seem to be in the right frame of mind... you can do this! If those biscuits become a little too tempting, just remember how strong you've been today and remind yourself you don't want to start day 1 all over again!
