Well day 1 and 2 i managed to stay on my 4 food packs.
day 3 i had my food packs but in the evening i was so hungry that i was in pain and moody.
i ended up having some carrot and cucumber sticks.
after i felt so much better and i woke up feeling better.
i know i did wrong as i ate "outside food", but will that little bit of carrot and cucumber affect my weight loss? I figured it would be best to have these foods as they are 80% water anyway! But I would like to know if you guys had done this and did it affect your weight loss?
