hi girls i was on lipotrim for 4 weeks and had to come off it had to eat something:) well going into my second week and finding it really easy to stick to:) havent tried the shakes yet being just having the bars which are lovely:) lost 2lbs on first week:) im hoping to get to goal 4 christmas:smiley1842: is the weight loss quick on slimfast?? or does it take a while? whats the average weightloss per week?? sorry 4 all the questions :eek: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

my weight loss has been 4lb the first week then 1 then 1 but to be honest with you i havnt really been sticking to it
last week i ate like a demon and put on 1lb but to be fair I thought I would have put on all the weight id lost but didnt so that was a relief
i reckon if you stick to it you will lose at least 1 to 2 lb per week
obviously if you excercise too you will lose more
they say 3500 cals is equal to 1lb so thats about 1 hours moderate exercise per day so you could lose 3lb per week
everyone is different of course
i could never try a liquid or vlc diet
this works for me

Slimfast can work quickly but as with all diets the more you have to lose the faster you lose it to start with. You are already within a healthy BMI so to get 2lbs off is pretty good I reckon. You may slow down but everyone finds the last few pounds hard to shift.

I'm not doing slimfast but have one if I can't be bothered preparing a meal or if I need to get a few more calories in me. I LOVE the cafe latte, would drink that even if I didn't need to lose weight.

Keep with it I'm sure you will get there.
 
well done, 2lbs off is a great start. slim fast is the same as any diet with weight loss. if you stick to the plan it works. if you dont stick to plan then it wont work!
