good or bad idea

i am at goal wait nearly, do you think it os a good idea to introduce 4 shakes a day then move onto a 2 shakes and meal after a couple of days of 4 shakes?
 
Why would you have 4 hun, when you are only supposed to have 3?

Are you not going to follow the refeed programme with LT? x x
 
Just do the diet the way you're meant to hun! :) That's my only advice and you'll only fail if you think you're going to. If you maintain the positive attitude that you'll be sensible and work just as hard at refeeding as you have on the diet, then you'll be fine!

I would say people on fail if they dont follow it properly...

Well done on getting to goal- Yipeeeeeee. You must be so proud of yourself. Stick to the refeed is my advice. I managed to continue to loose for a couple weeks on refeed. You will find that you won't be able to eat much anyway- just remember not to keep eating once your full,even if it means throwing food! Good luck nd let us know how you get on.
