This is an article I just found and posted on the atkins forum, but how could I not post here when it mentions the wonderful Zoe Harcombe.
While I'm not on THD at the moment, I'm a huge fan of Zoe and her diet.
It's an article about America and the obesity epidemic.
It talks about the big companies like coke, hersheys chocolate etc and how they are responsible for making people obese.
Be warned it's quite a long article, but worth reading. It will make you so glad your doing THD
