i'm not officially with a counsellor at the mo...
i was doing cd then stopped... still have about three wks of pack and wanted to use those b4 i went to a counsellor..
the drinks really helped last time... to stop the cravings..
i'm sure i saw it on a site before. can't seem to find it now.don't really want to go on ebay.

could you not ring the councillor you will be going to see and explain what you are going to do then get some from her?

i did... but the lady wanted me to come in for a full consultation...and i'm so busy with work and stuff.. i just wanted to seem if someone wud post it out or i cud buy it and it wud be simpler...
just had a look on ebay...its 14 pounds...
i'm sure it was way cheaper last time i bought some...
