gulp...don't think i could do that ether..thanks allie1904....i was looking at a dvd of it..thouht it might help the old tummy,lol
 
id love to try pilates... its meant to be very good for women after having children. need to get my tummy toned and it works great on your core muscles. have to get along to a class soon.
 
I love Pilates but would definitely say go to a class because you can easily do the moves incorrectly. Some classes are more intense depending on the teacher. I do a lovely Friday morning one then a Tuesday night one with a teacher from hell - I want to cry half way through but feel so good afterwards.

Great for making you think about posture - I hold myself much better now without thinking
 
I have a yogalates dvd which I must dust off and do again. It's great for your core muscles, and altho you feel it next day you don't get sweaty.
