Extra Easy confusions with super free

Hi

This is my third weigh in and I am very very confused! Last week I put on half a pound and was a bit gutted as I hadn't really ate anything bad. When I looked at my book I realised the food I was eating was just free and not super speed. Thinking I should be eating a third super speed I spent this week eating as much super speed food as I could. Tonight I had WI and lost 4 and half pounds woo hoo! But after looking at the book realised I had myself all confused and it should be a third super free and some of the foods I had originally ate were indeed superfree. What on earth is the difference and what should I actually be eating?!!

1/3 super free foods is what you should have at each meal.
Free foods are fine but as everything its all about moderation.
Free are foods that fill you up and are low calorie pretty much.
Super speed mean your body burns them up as fast as it absorbs them so you gain nothing from them.

If you look at the superfree foods which are most fruit and vegetables you will notice that some of them have the letters ss next to them which are your speed foods. S speed foods have less calories but lots of bulk so fill you up with food but not with calories. It is like the foods with FF beside them theses are your high fibre foods.
Your plate at a meal needs to have 1/3 superfree . . . your veg and within them you might have some SS foods. Does that make sense.

Thanks guys, I can't have been that far off if I lost weight on it. I'll just have to sit down this weekend and work out a proper plan to make sure I'm getting enough super free, thanks!
