Long time no speak!!!

Hiya all well i aint been on here for a while been really stressed out with so much going on. well as for the weight im been so down i weigh less now that what i have ever weighed (well from what i can remember), not really good coz im being threatened to be put into hospital(by now my seperated hubby) as i said a lot has gone wrong in the last 4 weeks and im so so down. hope your all well x x x

Welcome back anyway - and you know you can always come on here to cheer yourself up or have a moan.

oh yeah dont i know it your all great readers and give great advise so even though im not dieting at the mo i know i can come on here and have a good old moan x x

I stopped posting on here awhile ago - but still came onto read the threads - because I was doing so badly at my diet I felt I had no right to post comments or advise.

But by coming on here on Tuesday and posting has now given me the incentive to restart .... and today has been my first good day!

Whether you come on here to read, post, laugh, cry, moan or groan ... doesn't matter - someone will always reply and empathise.
