Looking for a bit of advice if anyone can help..

My exercise mainly consists of walking at the minute - six miles, five days a week. The weight's coming off nicely so it's working, and I can feel my legs and tummy deflating, but... what about toning my arms?! I'm thinking I might dig dad's weights out the garage and use those a few times a week. Would this do the trick?
 
ive heard good things about the shake weight. i think you need to be careful with weights..

Thanks. £30 seems quite expensive though :/ I might just stick with my weights..
 
Try e-bay, just paid £12.44 and that was with postage to Spain. Cheapest on buy it now seems to be £7.44 with £2.95 postage. Total £10.39
