exercise question

Hello everyone :)

I just wanted to ask, do you think its possible to lose weight by eating healthily and walking?
I have problems with my hips and can't do alot of exercises. But I walk between 1 and 3 hours every day.
Do you think this is enough to start shifting the pounds?
 
Hi there, walking is a great way to start exercising.

You could start at a normal pace but try and do a few minutes fast walking to up your heart rate maybe? Keep interchanging it maybe?
