Thread needs moderating?

Can someone pls tell me why some of my threads are posted straight away and some say they need moderator approval? Have I done something wrong or mentioned something I shouldn't? I'm very confused

Quite often if youre new and you post a long post (more than a couple of lines) it shows as needing moderated, its one of the spammer safeguards on the site

Oh thanks for that Starlight. It was quite a long response to a thread so maybe that was it. Just taking me a while to get my head round the do's and don'ts at the moment.
