Trout?

Evening all,

I got 2 trout fillets with skin at Tesco on the reduced section. Its currently sitting in my freezer as I just dont know what to do with it as ive never had it before.

Any suggestions? Thanks xx
 
I steam mine, and add some schwartz garlic and herb shaker on it (before steaming), and serve with wedges and roasted veg (courgette, mushrooms, red onion, mixed peppers, baby plum tomatoes seasoned with salt/pepper)
