M&S fresh miso soup that you just add water to ... Syns?

Hi, I'm cabin crew and I find it hard planning lunches when I'm backwards and forwards for 3 days and not home in-between. Iv had huge salad and fruit salad today but have seen fresh miso soup in m and s that you just add water to, it's 270 calories. Does anyone know the syn value? It's not on slimmig world website. Many thanks x

Thank you, that's what I had for dinner last night it lovely, loads of salad and ham. Will keep an eye out for ideas. I'm fine when Ivan prepare everything from home! Xx
