Set Points?

Sorry I only go to a weigh in and not a meeting so only have you guys to ask. :D

I just wanted a quick overview of the set points values. Am I right in understanding that if something if a set points value, you mark it as listed (ie tuna for 4 points) and then just eat til you're full? Surely thats not right since a number of things on the set plan would be quite high if you based them on weight value (ie goose, pork, quorn etc).

So am I misunderstanding it?

Hmmm Im not sure - Im probably wrong - maybe its for when youre eating out at say a restaurant or friends house and dont know the points values...? You eat a sensible portion until youre satisfied and use the set point value.

Someone correct me if Im wrong...

That would make sense hon because it was featured in the eating out thing I received today...

Thanks guys. Much appreciated :D
