Puddings Rice Pudding

Try this:

350ml skimmed milk
100ml water
56g pudding rice
1 white chocolate options - 2 syns
sweeter to taste

put all the ingredients in a pan and boil until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Youcan also leave out the options but it is well worth it
The milk needs to be take from your hea allowance of course.
