This is the one that comes in the pouch, is this free on green or if not could someone please tell me how many syns? ta

doesn't look like it's free hun .....a 300g pouch is 4.5 sins on a Green or Extra Easy day and 10.5 sins on an Original day.

Thanks very much, it is so low in fat thought it might have been free, shame as I bout 2 packets today haha
