thank you we've been out today to the farm and looking at the photos I look so slim still a way to go but gosh the difference is amazing !!!

I have decided to stick with SS got the bars this week which are fab !!

Also (GG I'm eating my hat) we have decided to put the new baby off until next year. Not just because of doing the steps to this diet but also other reasons. I have my own business which has really taken off and have lots of work for next year so don't want to be stressed with that and pregnancy and money reasons really. So I can get to goal now and complete all the steps ! xx

Aw hon I'm just glad you have a plan for going forward that works for you ... plus being able to do the CD plan properly is a bonus. And think of all the fun you can have "practicing" when your hubby is around ... not sure if anyone else has noticed the same but my libido has shot up since I've started this and the weight has started coming off!

hee hee yeah I know what you mean - I have loads of lovely underwear I brought before we got married then I got pregnant on honeymoon so never wore it - so will be able to now its just less pressure and I want to enjoy being slim for a while

So back in the zone today - love this feeling !!!!!
