Can i do just GREEN days?

Hi Guys :)

Just a quick question, i really enjoy my green days and find the meal ideas endless, along with the snacks (i LOVE mugshots!) but i wondered if it would be a bad idea to just do green days for a while and maybe throw in a red when i fancy a roast? :eatdrink023:
I'm hoping this wont effect my weightloss?

As a veggie I do all green days - not done me any harm!
 
Mugshots have lots of calories, but we dont count calories, I love mugshots too, sweet and sour noodles one is the best, and free on green.
 
wow- i wouldnt say its a meal! .. a snack that shouldnt be eaten dailey as could affect weight loss would proberly be the better thing to say. x
 
I love green days and are ideal when it is *week to have green days to help fill up and stay on track :)
Mug shots are ace for snacks in emergencies (better then a bar and packet of crisps) don't have a massive sugar rush and then a drop!
29p for sweet and sour mug shots in home bargains :)
 
I do green 6 days out of 7 and do a red day, the day before weigh in :) It really works for me and I feel much fuller but still have lovely weight losses
 
green 100% for me too... not done any harm as I've lost a stone in a month. I love green days
 
Thank so much for your comments :) Planning green days is so easy compared to red, so i'm all 'planned' up for the week :)
And just to mention about the Mugshots - i definitely don't eat them everyday, but i find they are perfect if i need a quick lunch in the office with some fruit and ryvita!
