Hi, I'm a Rosemary Conley dieter :)

I've tried Slimming World before and it didn't work for me, so I thought I'd try this one and so far (fingers crossed) calorie counting and exercising has been working for me! :) I'm not finding it really difficult at all thankfully. I don't drink huge quantities of milk so I save a lot of calories there.

18lbs lost in 5 weeks and 7in off my waist so far :)

My usual day is

B: Porridge (200kcal w/ milk)
L: Sandwich (max. 300 kcal) w/ low calorie crisps i.e. French Fries and Quavers (100kcal)
D: Something Quorn w/ potatoes or a ready meal (max. 500kcal)
S: Bowl of cereal (200kcal w/milk)

TOTAL: 1300kcal :)

I was worrying that I was eating too many ready meals but I don't eat much meat so it's quite hard to think of things to have for dinner. They're always low calorie ready meals so I'm hoping that's okay.
 
Hi amizzlebizzle, welcome and well done on your loss so far its great.

I dont think you need to worry about the ready meals, whatever your doing it's working for you.

I joined a class today and if I manage to lose as much as you in 5 weeks I will be over the moon so well done and keep up the good work :)
