This is my first food diary.
Thinking about re-joining tomorrow night, but have made a start today anyway.
Today is EE.
I measure my HEA of milk out every morning and use this for any cereal or drinks I have throughout the day. (No cereal today so might have a nice milky coffee later)
Options hot choc -(2 syns)
Breakfast - Muller light baked cheesecake yoghurt (1 syn) banana
Snack - boiled egg
Lunch - chopped boiled egg mixed with 1 tbsp of Asda extra light mayo (1 syn) with lettuce, tomato and cucumber on 2 slices of hovis wholemeal (small loaf) HXB.
Pear and a satsuma.
Tea - Pork, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, savoy cabbage, carrots, cauliflower. Paxo stuffing 56g made up as directed (3 syns) Gravy made with 2 level tsp of bisto granules (2 syns)
(the potatoes and parsnips were part boiled then roasted in fry light)
Mixed fresh fruit salad with a fruit muller light over it.
