SW products at supermarkets?

Are there any supermarkets that anyone is aware of that have SW-approved items or even a SW section?

I notice as I get out of the habit of using just the one supermarket (Asda) there seems to be a Weight Watchers section in most, but not SW.

If there are any, please let me know:)

Hi
SW don't do there own range of stuff like WW do. So you wont find anything anywhere.

No there isn't, and I don't think I'd buy them if they did to be honest. I have really enjoyed cooking from scratch and don't think I could do ready meals again. But that's just me.

Hi Helen. I'm with you 100% on that front. I've thrown out a lot of ready meals as the salt and sugar content was too much.

I even made my own small Yorkshire Puddings today - everyone recommends Aunt Bessies at 2 syns each. I made them myself for just 15 syns for 8 - so less than 2 syns each and the satisfaction of knowing I made them myself and not a solitary additive. I've got 6 left in the freezer ready for next time.

I'm enjoying cooking everything as not cooked much for so long.

Back to original question though, perhaps any products in the magazine or even a "Slimming World Approved" label etc. was just a thought lol.

SW don't do meals/etc like WW. There was a time that SW endorsed a few tins (particularly tins of tuna for some reason), but that seems to have gone by the wayside a long time ago. (Harvester Resturants also used to print green/red syn values on their menu's but that's gone too alas).

It would be handy if more manufacturers were endorsed, but then we'd be thinking we were tied to those manufacturers and buy just them - and that's one thing food optimising isn't about - it's about freedom to eat what we like from where we like (within reason) rather then trying to force a particular range onto us.
