nope

nope - only at class.

Some people sell them on ebay, but they charge more than what you can buy them in class for.

Alas not. but it could be worthwhile cultivating a relationship with another consultant with a group on another night so if you really are tempted you can arrange to go in and pick up a pack - i used to do this regularly but have stopped of late as i was viewing hi-fi's as a "crutch" in my relationship with food. that said - if something came up at the weekend with a few days notice - i could always still pop into this particular group (on thursday nights) to pick up a pack or two.

they're very expensive I think for three small bars - albeit I buy 3 packs every week - having said that - I have to stop buying them as I would buy them at class on a Tuesday evening and by Thursday they'd be gone - not used as HEB's and not synned - they're too easy to eat - and I just LOVe LOVE LOVE the chocolate orange one yummy.

IF I don't have them in - I can't eat them - likewise I have stopped buying french fries and snack-a-jacks etc as I was munching them too.

My weight loss has slowed down considerably (as it does) and now I will HAVE TO watch every syn that goes in.

hiya, hi-5 bars are really addictive and expensive. I find the alpen lite ones just as good (love the fudge ones) and you can buy them in most supermarkets xx

I got paid last week...and bought 10 packs.

Not only am I eating them, best mate has a serious liking, and now boyfriend thinks they're the best thing in the world for in between classes (he's training to be a teacher).

It'd be so good if they could be bought in Tesco - think of the clubcard points!
