Syn value for flour (plain)?

knowing I can use milk from my daily allowance (healthy A) and eggs, I fancy making yorkshire pud rather than Aunt Bessies. Anyone know the syn value for the flour please?

Wow! a days worth of syns for 3 oz of flour lol.

I'd rather do my own than Aunt Bessies - I can also freeze some. Will be interesting to see how many I can make within the allowance - so that's Sunday sorted

I managed 9 small Yorkshires from my allowance - so 15 syns for 8 puddings. (I rejected one as a runt lol). So just under 2 syns per pudding but no additives etc.

I had two, froze 6 - so remain an Aunt bessie-free zone

And what did they taste like?

I think home made are great.
