ok - dont want to sound stupid here, but i am doing my shopping and the receipe asks for stock made out of vecon.

Whats that? i typed in vecon and nappies came up lol

its gooey stock that comes in jars like spread. V nice but the only place I have seen it is in holland and barrett.

Vegetarian stock - I find it too strong but in the days when ordinary stock had to be synned you were able to use this syn free

I have a SW recipie for Parsley sauce that said it needed Vecon and the only place I could find it was Holland&Barratt too! works well with the parley sauce tho, think its Gluten free

i just use a veg oxo cube!
