Help! it's the weekend

Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind me joining in, but I started on Tuesday and have been getting on really well, but I am terrified of the weekend. How did everyone survive, do you just go to bed? Or should I keep busy. :wave_cry:So desperately want to get to Tuesday WI having been good.
 
Hi jill.. Weekends are known for being hard... If it's possible, keep yourself busy...

I have early nights too because then i am not thinking about food...

Just remember, you have done the hardest part, so please please don't give in now... If you feel tempted log on here and someone will shout at you!!! lol
Take it day by day and before you know it Tuesday will be here, you will see a great weight loss and will be really glad you persevered x x x
 
Yep, busy in the day and then early to bed should do the trick. I've never had so many early nights lol. That said, I've also never slept quite so well! Not sure what it is, but since doing this diet my sleep is excellent (am normally a complete insomniac!).

This is my weekend coping mechanism....minimins!!! Also, lot's of exercise, I do a morning session and an evening session and in between cleaning cupboards, sorting clothes...anything at all to just keep going...oh and loads of cups of int tea :) good luck..x
