Xmas Dilema

Hi all

Wasn't sure where to put this

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I'm looking into what playsets to buy the boys for xmas and their birthday (the will be 5 in February). They are very much into pretend play at the minute and have been looking around at the playset ranges.

I've looked at the Tomica Range and the Imaginext Range (Argos have really good reviews for Imaginext) but I can't find any reviews on Tomica.

Now Tomica I can get more for our Money, but does that mean this set is not a robust as Imaginext?

Does anyone have these sets and would you recommend them?

ive heard of imaginext,not the other one.

if they like to pretend,why not try getting role play stuff,dressing up outfits etc elc do a lot of that stuff. kids can pretend with any sort of toys really.

They have a box full of dress up stuff and have requested Batman and Spiderman this xmas lol

batman has made a big come back,i think its because of batman brave and the bold... my eldest loves spiderman,hes 8 december and still loves it!

there used to be a lot of spiderman stuff around,theres hardly any of it now
