Miss B's fresh start for Christmas.

Well, having lost 18lbs while pregnant and then gaining all 18lb back since giving birth I find myself feeling huge, uncomfortable and totally fed up.
The thought of going out over the festive period fills me with dread so I decided to take action while I still have a bit of time.

I've tried both WW and SW in the past and have decided to give SW another bash as I'm going to need to eat plenty of comfort food on these cold dark nights.

So, I'm not going to join yet another group and simply use the knowledge I already have and the support here to lose those 18lbs by 20th December which gives me 9 weigh in's, every Monday between now and then.
