Really put off now - bug in soup

I am soo grossed out, I found a really strange looking insect in my thai chicken soup (no it wasn't a fly). I am not that keen on them in the first place but this has put me right off. I am just glad I didn't blend it and just stir my soups.

Not sure if its worth complaining to exante as I threw it straight in the sink.

That is disgusting but are you sure it didnt appear from somewhere other than the soup packet?

Mmmmmm no not really liking the idea of more. Hopefully by tomorrow I will feel better about it and just accept that this happens sometimes! I guess!!

I don't think it was from something else, there was only a mug a spoon (both were bug free) and some hot water so not sure what else could explain it really. Just thinking about it is making me feel a bit ill my work colleague found it hilarious though.

Sometimes bugs do get into your kettle, Ive had it happen once to me so im meticulous about checking the contents of my kettle now. However, it could have been in the pack, I would email them if i were you, nothing ventured nothing gained.

Keytosis

I dont think your allowed flies until week 4, it will knock you out of keytosis....
