Target - maintaining - not paying at group?

Just doing it this time
No I haven't reached my target yet. BUT just wondered if you can answer a few questions for me.

I have 10.5lb's to go to my P.A.T - which I haven't set with group or anything but think that when I get to 10.10 I will probably be happy with that - or maybe 10.7 at most. I know that at 5.3 I will still be 'overweight' in accordance with BMI stats and official weight charts etc - but at 54 years old I don't think I will want to be much slimmer than ten and half stones?? - I might be wrong and feel differently when I get there.

So Q's are:

Will I be allowed to have a P.A.T of 10.5 stones even though I will still be classed as overweight?

IF I can have this P.A.T how long do you maintain it for before you don't have to pay at class anymore?

How often do you have to attend class for a weigh in to maintain your weight and not pay if you are within the official target - I'm sorry I don;t know what the poundage is that you can not go under or over? so that's yet another question.

your target weight is what ever you want it to be, sw only guidlines is that its not lower than what is healthy for your height, - my T weight is still classed as overwieght for my height.

As soon as you call target, you no longer pay. They will give you a little certificate saying congrats and stating the weight you called target at, and awarding you lifetime free membership.

You will only pay again if you drop more than 3lbs below or more than 3lbs above the target weight. If you do go over the 3lbs allowed, you can have one weeks grace to get a lb or so off again to get back into 'target' range before you begin paying again.

you have to weigh in atleast once a month i believe, to keep your lifetime membership valid.
