Lets have it :)

Hello, I'm marc and basically my story goes like this.....

I started on LT a year ago when i was around 18st. I didn't have a clue what i weighed and when i found out i had to do something about it. So I followed the plan and personally found it easy to stick to and not break the rules. I know some people say its dificult and dont try it but its definately worth a go :) Like most i found the first week difficult but once you get past it you get into a routine.

So where am I now, i came off LT after losing 6st and getting just on the edge of where i wanted to be. I decided to come off the diet and try and work on the rest in the gym and tone up. I carried this on for about 2months with little change. Probably because I was going about it wrong but my fitness certainly improved. I finished college and found myself become less active and soon finished work as i was moving away to university. I went away twice on holiday and due to my carelessness and not going the gym any-more put weight back on. I have been at uni the past month and have put even more weight on due to the 'student life style'. The cloths i purchased when I came of the diet a year ago no longer fit me so it was a cause for concern because I dont want to slip back into that life style.

Im starting back on LT 2morow and dreading the weigh in. If i am anywhere back up near 18st then i will be gutted. However its self inflicted and I know that I can get rid off this weight :).

Lesson to be learnt for me and everyone else, once you finish your LT diet, only really then does the hard work begin! But it will all be worth it in the end. I just wish i had realised this sooner.

Hi Marc

You have done it once and know how it works, you now know the pitfalls when it ends. You will succeed..

Good luck and stay strong

Hi Marc.. At least you know where you went wrong last time... Good luck x
