Is anyone else struggling to stay warm with the weather getting colder and the lack of calories? I'#ve been FREEZING this week - not helped by the heating not being on in our office but i'm so cold i'm sitting here in a t-shirt, jumper, thick wool cardigan and a scarf!

I'm sure it's not helped by not liking the soups or liking hot drinks.

yeah must admit I do feel the cold more now, but im not gonna grumble its coz ive shed all that fat lol

I just keep adding layers -lol !

Feeling thinner makes all the cold seem much less uncomfortable darlings!

i wish my body would hurry up and catch up with the weight loss and start looking thinner to make the feeling cold worth it! lol

Im constantly bloody freezin. No matter what i do i just cant seem to heat up. I have an open fire and i stand with my arse near in it just to try and heat up lol - but i will live. Much better be cold and thin than fat and warm lol.
