Can i take vitamins?

Hey guys, does anyone know if i can/need to take multivitamins, and omega 3 fish oils and evening primrose oil on lipotrim diet? thanks.

As far as i know, everything you need in your daily diet is in LT.. With regards to taking extra supplements i really am not sure, but i know you are getting all your nutrition from LT.. x x

Hello, I'm with Su on this one - Lipotrim contains 100% of the nutrients/minerals/ vitamins etc that your body needs everyday.

If you really wanted to you could take supplements i suppose as you can't "overdose" as such on vitamins but you don't need to.

Yup, ditto the above. All nutrients are in LT, it has all the information on the bags from the pharmacy.
