Well im coming to the end of day 12 and well I no its not as much as some of you in here however I have done this diet before without success I might add. The point is I didnt think I would pass day 3 let along coming to the end of my second week/starting my third!!
For anyone that is starting out there new Dont give up just yet it does get easier, however being mentally focused on what you want is a big thing, dont start it unless you are willing to give this 100% as there is no point in doing TFR you are just kidding yourself by doing this.
Im not saying that my long journey ahead will be easy but im not willing to throw the weight I have lost away by jeopardising how long it has taken me to get to this place...im on this road and i promised myself that I would try my harderst and honestly I can't believe that im actually enjoying this!! Maybe for once in my life I see myself as worth it, I was once at target and well i didnt treat my body correct to end up in this situation but I do remember how good I felt, how confident I was and how I finally felt "normal" in society. That may be shallow to some but ive always been overweight and well I finally think ive cracked this vicious circle of my weight. :)

Good luck everyone on your journey..

Hi diole

Well done 12 days 'under your belt'!
I know exactly what you mean...I lost a whopping 50lbs and then threw caution to the wind. NEVER again. I'ts too darn hard this losing weight with milkshakes only, it is however the most rewarding.
I, like you plan to stay the course this time. Reading other members who are diligently doing the TFR..even running  to keep fit, it makes me hang my head to think how careless I was.
PS: dumb question, but what does TFR actually stand for ?

12 days is great - keep going

PS:- TFR - Total Food Replacement
