Hi everyone, i did the cambridge diet a couple of years ago and got on quite well with it but have since well and truely fell off the cd wagon and have tried every other diet going lol xxx just wondered how muc it costs now to do cd? and also how much the water flavourings are? and do they still do the porridge and all the yummy flavours for the shakes? xxxx thanks in advance :)

I pay about £38 a week for shakes and bars .. the water flavourings are about £5- 7 each depending on your CDC but in my opinion soooo worth it .. the orange is yummy :) the shakes are nearly all good , the bars are great and the soups and porrigde are ok ... think everyone finds things they like :)

I pay £1.50 for shakes and £1.90 for bars. I live off 14 choc mint shakes and 7 choc orange bars. Im on the 810 diet as well so I have a teeny meal at night which is my fave part xx

hey rumbly tums .. I have 14 mint choc and 7 bars ( mainly orange but sometimes have 2 peanut for a bit of variety !!) I sooo love the choc mint :)

Choc mint is liquid after eights! I bloody love it - I can NEVER wait for the next one. I restrain myself from licking out the glass as it is!

Lol at you two! I stick my finger in the bowl after eating my mouse and scoop every last bit out!!!

Cost of cambridge does vary a lot from area to area and consultant to consultant too! I pay £1.80 for shakes and soups, £2 for bars and tetras and £4.80 for mix a mousse, not sure how much water flavourings are as I don't use them, I am very naughty and have robinsons apple and blackcurrent no added sugar juice, shh don't tell anyone tho...

xx

i pay £1.85 a shake and i have 21 choc mint shakes a week and thats it, lol

my cdc charges £2.00 for tetra and bars, MAM she charges £5 and water flavorings she charges £7 for. i have the sunshine orange in sparkling water as a change from plain water
