Hi everyone, I finished Ligther Life back in April and having lost 4 stone I have put 1.5 stone back on (all my own doing) I am hoping to lose 2 stone. Started a yesterday and am already in ketosis. Good luck to everyone.:wave_cry:

Hi, and well done for stopping the rot so quickly. Wish I'd done that when I lost weight with LL a few years ago!

Thanks ladies, i finished LL a little early, i really want to stick to the exante total for the next 6 weeks, i'am hoping to lose 1.5 stone in that time. Well done to all of you.
