Hi everyone
i found this great site while trying to figure out the points in a teacake,:gen147: I started ww in august after starting to feel ill because of my weight, went to see my gp and he 'prescribed' it for me 12 weeks free subscription, I've missed 1 week since then due to work commitments but have 1.5 lbs to lose for my first stone, and i feel chuffed that i'm doing this well, haven't felt the need to cheat as yet, but have put my point calculator on the fridge door and am sometimes shocked by how many points is in something, my problem is foods that have no calorie info on like the teacake which i bought from a bakery, but i intend persevering this time:whip:
