So i'm starting again after i fallen out last week. Hopefully will do better this time. Day 1 done and dusted.

Stick with it and when the going gets tough come here for inspiration.
I know its hard, yesterday I nearly threw the towel in I was soooo hungry, craving the strangest of things...all 'non fattening', that's why I say strange. Anyway went to the pharmacy for weigh in and lost 4lbs...so straight back to the correct mindset I went.
You CAN lose the weight on this program!!

So day2, getting worse. I'm not hungry, well not much. But CRAVINGS are so BAD!!!
Just want to get in the car and drive to the nearest shop, couse thank god no food in the house!
I know that i've done well so far, but it kind of was easier when i was heavier. Sounds a bit strange??
Want to loose 2 stones more, it's not that much. Still size 14 but sometimes a bit tight. I would like to be able to breath comfortable in thoes new dresses.
Why i can't stick to it now, when the end is so cloes??
Having my dinner shake now to stop me from going to that shop!
 
Didn't go to the shop yesterday.
Day 3 done.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
